However, SC BISTRI-VET SRL does not take responsibility for inaccuracies, errors, omissions or any unauthorized or illegal content infringing any third party, individuals or companies.

Products and services are offered in the form that comes from the manufacturer and, also, in the available stock limit. SC BISTRI-VET SRL gives no express or implied warranty, including, but without limiting the functioning of the site, Information, content, materials or products on the site, as well as suitability for a particular purpose.
Users expressly agree, that the use of the site and the purchase of any product or services is made at their own risk. The images published on the website have a presentation title, and the delivered products may sometimes differ from the images presented in any way (color, accessories, appearance, etc.).
SC BISTRI-VET SRL reserves the right to modify the products technical specifications, without any previous notification. SC BISTRI-VET SRL does not assume the responsibility for the presented products on www.bistrivet.ro, which are identical to those made available for us, by representatives of each producing firm.
The maximum amount of damages, that can be paid by SC BISTRI-VET SRL, to any customer, in case of failure or improper delivery, is the amount received by SC BISTRI-VET SRL from this customer.
The presented prices does not include TVA (9% or 19%), does not include delivery costs, unless it is expressly specified on this site. In case of courier delivery, in addition to product prices, a postage and reimbursement fee will be applied, charged by the courier company (approximately 30 RON weighing less than 30 kg).
In case of orders with an order of minimum 250 RON (excluding TVA) free transportation is provided.
SC BISTRI-VET SRL reserves the right to confirm the orders before delivering them, by online or phone confirmation.
The prices from the orders are available for 48 hours after their confirmation.
SC BISTRI-VET SRL reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries of ordered products if they are not respected for reasons beyond the SC BISTRI-VET SRL including: fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, governmental actions, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, riots, civil unrest, or other impediments of majeure force, according to Romanian Law. Before each delivery the customer will be contacted by the courier. If the customer is not found at the address mentioned in the timeframe agreed, our courier will return again after he will establish contact with the customer, at which time the order will be canceled and the product will be returned to the business office, the customer will bear the costs of a new delivery, regardless value of the ordered products.
SC BISTRI-VET SRL reserves the right to refuse collaboration with clients exhibiting inappropriate behavior and language (Aggressive, licentious etc.) or they are registered for refusing orders.
The payment for the ordered products, under this Terms and Conditions may be made in advance, when the product arrives or by term fee for legal persons. SC BISTRI-VET SRL reserves the right in certain cases to request advance payment for the products. Advance payment can be made by payment order, proof of payment should be sent to SC BISTRI-VET SRL at the following e-mail address: comenzi@bistrivet.ro or by Fax. (+4)0263 239 038. In this case, delivery will be made only after the money is found in the account of SC BISTRI-VET SRL.
Products, on delivery, will be accompanied by tax bill.
SC BISTRI-VET SRL cannot be held responsible for possible errors occurring on the site, regardless of the reasons by which they occur, these include changes of the site, settings or updates. SC BISTRI-VET SRL cannot be held responsible for the errors occurred due to the use of certain browsers for visiting the site www.bistrivet.ro. SC BISTRI-VET SRL is not responsible for the content, quality, or nature of sites that can be accessed through links on the www.bistrivet.ro site. For those sites, the full responsibility falls on their owners.
It is possible that SC BISTRI-VET SRL to obtain information automatically, but cannot, under any circumstances be associated to any person. This information concerns the type of browser you are using, on your computer platform and the domain name through which you access our website.
SC BISTRI-VET SRL reserves the right to modify the structure and interface of any page or subpage of the website www.bistrivet.ro in any moment and in any period freely chosen, having the right to interrupt , temporarily or permanently, in part or in all services available to the public through this website without individual or general prior notice.
Specifications and the product photo are only informative, and may differ from the actual product or contain accessories that are not included in the standard package of the product. Technical specifications may contain operating errors and can be changed without any prior notification, not being legally bound.
5. Applicable Right:
By using www.bistrivet.ro website, the user declares that he agrees on the fact that Romanian laws will govern these Terms and Conditions of use and any dispute which may arise between users and SC BISTRI-VET SRL or associates/partners/affiliates.
Any other problems caused by the presented products and services on www.bistrivet.ro or by the information presented on this site, and which is not already covered by any article of this document, it will be settled amicably within 30 working days, from the date of the written notification of problems, made by the user.
The customer fully assumes all the risks, once they agree to these Terms and Conditions, as listed above.
In case the amicable settlement will not be possible, only the Romania courts will be considered competent to solve these disagreements.
The language used for Terms and Conditions and for the site is Romanian.
6. Privacy Policy:
As the author/owner/administrator of the website www.bistrivet.ro SC BISTRI-VET SRL is committed to keep confidential information, provided by the Customers-individuals from accessing and completing the electronic application form.
SC BISTRI-VET SRL is using security methods and techniques, and internal policies and procedures applicable to employees, to protect the collected personal data and ensures the costumers which submit personal data, that they will not be disclosed to third parties, only by law.
In accordance with Law no. 677/2001, we inform you that you have the following rights:
-confirmation, once a year, that your data is processed or not.
-Intervention on personal data
-opposition to the processing of data for legitimate reasons relating to the situation of the personal data included in the application form, or without any motivation for opposition to the processing of data for direct marketing purposes.
SC BISTRI-VET SRL reserves the right to change and update the website www.bistrivet.ro content at any time, as well as Privacy Policy without any prior notification. Therefore, please periodically visit this section to verify the Terms and Conditions you agreed to respect.
7. Unilateral termination of a contract (Renouncement of the purchase) based on O.G. 130/2000 when purchasing products from this site, using distance communication techniques.
According to O.G. 130/200 renouncement of buying can only be made by individuals.
This way, the customer has the right to notify in writing the renouncement of the purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 10 days from receipt of the product.
The returned product must be in the same condition it was delivered in, in original intact packaging, with all accessories, with intact labels, and documents that accompanied it.
If the product or packaging is damaged, the seller does not return the product price.
If within 7 days from the date of termination of contract made by the buyer, the latter does not return the product, the unilateral termination of the contract will not be made.
Repayment of the product will be made no later than 30 days from the date of termination of the contract, by the buyer.
General conditions for return:
-Products can be returned only by courier service.
-The cost of transportation for returned products, will be fully made by the customer.
-At the request of the buyer the seller can replace the product with another identical product or another product.
-If the sum of the product being replaced does not correspond to the amount paid by the buyer, it will pay the resulting payment difference of the paid amount and the amount of the new product.
-If the buyer does not require replacement, the seller will refund the amount initially paid by the buyer. Attention! The refunded amount does not include charges arising from transport costs.
-If the product was purchased in a period in which there is a free transportation offer, from its value, the initially shipping cost supported by SC BISTRI-VET SRL will be deducted.
-SC BISTRI-VET SRL reserves the right to refuse the returning of the products which are presenting physical modifications, chipping, scratches shock or any other signs of wear.
-If the returned product was purchased during a promotion period, accompanied by another gift product, the gift product must be returned along the basic product.
-If the returned product was purchased during a promotion period, accompanied by a gift voucher, and the value of the voucher was converted into discount and consumed in another order made later, the value of the voucher will be deducted from the value of the returned product.
-Returning the products is a facility granted to individuals.
The exception from the renouncement:
-The products purchased by legal persons.
-Products that have undergone physical changes, chipping, scratches etc.
-Products manufactured after specifications made by the customer or a clearly personalized product, as well as products which by their nature cannot be returned.
-Products that can rapidly degrade or deteriorate.
